A weekly supportive group to discuss issues, strategies, and resources relevant to People of Color in our community, particularly during the crisis of COVID-19.

A weekly, supportive space for peers who identify as adults on the autism spectrum to share their successes, challenges, and deepen their understanding of autism.

Coffee Talk with MHASF

A weekly group get-together with the MHASF Team. Each week we will discuss a different, fun topic. We want to spend some (virtual) quality time with our community!

Depression Lives On & So Can We!

A weekly support group for those living with depression to connect, share experiences, coping tools, and community building resources.

1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month 12:30 – 2pm

Clearing House

This group is for LGBTQ seniors 55+ to share their struggles, strategies, and successes. It is led by those with lived expertise/ systems to overcome the challenges of living with clutter.

1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month from 3 – 4pm 2nd and 4th Monday of every month from 5:30 – 7pm

Advanced Drop-In Support Group for Collecting Behaviors (Hoarding Disorder)

This group provides attendees with collecting challenges a place to talk and get support from peers in an informal setting. No long-term commitment required.
